Joshua Allen joined the Excellence with Integrity Institute as a Specialist in 2023 after working for years in collaboration with EWII on culture development and leadership development in previous roles. With experience in education, sales, non-profits and customer service, Joshua brings a unique perspective on engaging our clients, clarifying and communicating organizational values, and creating participation within a group, business, and its customers. He has played a key role in developing customized content and training pathways, improving processes, and opening new pathways for teams to succeed and sustain success.
