Charity Allen joined Excellence with Integrity Institute as a Specialist in 2023. Charity earned a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from Liberty University and is completing her EMBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. She brings a decade of leadership experience in industries spanning publishing and retail, real estate, hospitality, and non-profit, and most recently served as the Director of People and Culture for Chick-fil-A in the Syracuse, NY area. Charity specializes in project management, individual and team development processes, and aligning strategic initiatives within an organization to achieve maximum impact.
