Jeff Kluever joined the Excellence with Integrity team as a Specialist in 2024 after years of partnership at The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center at Drake University where he served as Assistant Director and Director of Programs. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s in History from Grinnell College and Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Carroll University. He has worked as a teacher, high school and college football coach, the Executive Director of a history museum, Education Supervisor at a Civil War battlefield and plantation, and in leadership professional development. Jeff specializes in the creation and delivery of athletic team culture and workplace professional development resources and training.
