Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A Cicero & Clay, NY contacted the Institute to conduct a Leadership Retreat for higher level management. This phase of work was followed by additional leadership training and development in which the Institute facilitated discussions with higher level management teams and individuals, and created customized culture development tools and metrics for the staff. Work is ongoing.

Going from good to great is hard. Staying great is even harder. Matt and the Institute helped us to identify a set of tools that will enable us to be more systemic in living out our mission and values. In addition, the partnership helped me to grow my personal leadership in a way that is more sustainable for both my team and myself.

After our team’s initial work with Matt and the Institute, our higher level leadership teams learned very quickly that we would need a rhythm of practices that would ensure our fresh set of tools would be understood, believed in, and utilized regularly as we continued on our journey of culture-strengthening. The Institute has diligently worked with our leadership to identify growth opportunities, refine our new ways of communicating and problem-solving, and create new habits that deepen our culture development.

Personally, the Executive Coaching with Matt Davidson has been a consistent source of sharpening as I have shifted roles within the organization. I now lead out of a sense of confidence and empowerment, in no small part because of Matt’s coaching. I am better, our leaders are better, and our people are better because of the hard work that has been done in partnership with the Institute.
