Ashley Phillips, Northeastern Women’s Soccer head coach, engaged the Institute to assist her program with leadership and culture development for student-athletes and coaches. They started by administering the Excellence with Integrity Sport Team Culture survey for student-athletes and coaches. The data results provided powerful transformational information and insights for culture development going forward. The coaching staff debriefed the findings with Matt Davidson to guide their next steps on the leadership for culture and performance journey.
