Suzanne Mandia Davidson graduated from the University of Scranton in 1993 with a degree in Accounting and a minor in English. While at the University, she was a student-athlete on the volleyball team and involved with Campus Ministry. Suzanne moved to Central New York after graduating and joined the team of a local Benjamin Moore Paint retailer as their Business Manager. She worked and lived in CNY for 7 years. She then went on to work as an Office Manager at the Center for Sport, Character & Culture at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN. In 2007 she was a founding contributor to the Excellence with Integrity Institute, a non-profit based in Manlius, NY, but serving national and international clients.
At the inception of the Institute Suzanne helped to initiate many of the foundational business processes and procedures required for a successful nonprofit organization. As the acting Business Manager and Project Director she handles multiple aspects of running the Institute, including bookkeeping, human resources, philanthropic and fund development, client contracts and timelines. She also directs client projects involving Organizational Culture Assessment in the school and athletic sectors. She has been married to Matt Davidson, the Institute President, for over 25 years and is the proud mother of 4 children. She has contributed extensively to many local school, church, and community causes and organizations.
