Metro Waste Authority engaged The Ray Center and the Institute at a time when they knew they needed to be progressive and to demonstrate their community value, while striving to be a top workplace for their employees. The custom-built process utilized EWI tools and strategies and The Ray Center facilitation to create a long-term vision, identify the barriers for achieving that vision, and develop a set of intentional culture habits for managing an impactful and sustainable goal achievement process. The MWA team cites whole new levels of empathy, tolerance, and mutual respect resulting from this collaboration which is continuing to provide MWA a powerful catalyst in its efforts to transform its organizational culture.
