CONSORTIUM PARTNERSHIP

Almost two decades ago, the Excellence with Integrity Institute and The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center at Drake University created a consortium partnership to advance our respective visions and missions. Together, we pursue strategic opportunities in youth leadership, athletics, education, and organizational development in community and workplace environments.

The Institute’s main focus is on research and development of instructional and assessment tools and strategies that help leaders shape culture, build character, and achieve optimal performance.

The Ray Center’s main focus is on coaching, training, and expanding our collaborative implementation projects across Iowa and around the globe.

One Play Development

One Play Development is a national organization that focuses on performance excellence driven by personal integrity. They deliver elite level development, preparation, leadership and knowledge for athletes that aspire to the next level of their athletic journey. Their purpose is to develop and prepare youth athletes today for where they need to be tomorrow in sport and in life.

The Excellence with Integrity Institute partners with One Play to provide them with Sport Team Fundamentals resources to assist the One Play coaches with tools and strategies to help unlock the full potential of their clients.
